Eric’s practice focuses on cases involving complex financial and business analysis, in cases litigated to trial as well as mediation and negotiated settlements.
Before joining Berger Schatz, Eric practiced commercial and securities litigation at Jenner & Block LLP, where he contributed to the Lehman Brothers Bankruptcy Examiner’s investigation and report.
Eric’s emphasis with every client is managing the emotional toll of divorce-related conflict and finding long-term solutions that provide financial security as well as closure.
