Elizabeth L. Stark

Elizabeth handles all aspects of family law including negotiation and preparation of premarital, parenting, and settlement agreements, valuation and distribution of assets, custody and other child-related matters, and in trials and appeals.

While in law school, Elizabeth held a Judicial Externship with the Honorable Judge Leida J. Gonzalez Santiago, Circuit Court of Cook County, Domestic Relations Division.

Elizabeth has been certified as a mediator by Chicago’s Center for Conflict Resolution.
