Erica Bernstein

Erica works on cases involving complex valuation and characterization of assets, as well as matters including high-conflict allocation of parental responsibilities.

During law school, she co-founded and served as president of the Chicago-Kent Child and Family Law Society. Additionally, Erica earned a Certificate in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Erica has been certified as a mediator by Chicago’s Center for Conflict Resolution.
