Hailee represents clients in all areas of family law. She began her career at Berger Schatz as a law clerk in 2008, became an associate in 2009, and a partner in 2018. Hailee specializes in litigation, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution of complex financial matters including the valuation of businesses and business interests and asset tracing.
While in law school, Hailee held a Judicial Externship with the Honorable Judge Leida J. Gonzalez Santiago (Ret.) in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Domestic Relations Division.
Hailee believes the practice of family law is all about understanding and analyzing the financial nuances of each case, understanding the personalities involved, and developing a dynamic holistic legal strategy based on those facts. She represents each of her clients in a competitive, confident, and composed manner that is respected by the decision-makers in the family law community. Each family law case is different and fact-specific, and there is no “one size fits all” approach. Hailee understands how to utilize the law and expert witnesses to most effectively support her client’s positions and goals in litigation.
Hailee has mastered the art of structuring and organizing cases. She skillfully works with experts to bolster her cases and is known for tirelessly working when preparing a case for litigation. Hailee understands the law, and does so with great emotional intelligence, too. She is insightful and quick to grasp the dynamics of complicated situations.
