Motivated by the complex challenges his clients face, Jason is a tough, fair, and passionate advocate. He brings a keen understanding of what is inside and outside the clients’ control within the divorce process and is adaptive to the nuances that emerge as family law matters progress through the courts.
Jason approaches each case with compassion and a strategy derived from a deep understanding of the needs of his clients. While he approaches every case with the goal of negotiating an advantageous settlement, Jason is also a seasoned litigator with a strong track record in court. He has successfully represented clients in trials and appeals on a wide range of issues, from valuation and distribution of assets to child custody and visitation matters.
Jason is an active participant in the local and national legal community and speaks frequently before legal and professional associations and to law students on issues relating to matrimonial and family law.
